• Yoga Pants: unworn, unwashed, in pristine condition with original tags and packaging
• Red Light Devices/Massage Tools: undamaged, and in full original packaging
• Body Care Products: unopened, unused, and sealed
Personalised or customised items: non-refundable and cannot be returned
Return Shipping
The buyer pays for return postage. We recommend a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the item is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
